These terms explain how you may use Veriq and what access to property intelligence means.
Property sale agreements
Sellers accept the separate Seller Terms at /seller-terms. Veriq does not automatically charge a sales success commission. A disclosed, optional buyer-paid Operator’s agent fee or separately agreed sale commission on an eligible listing is settled outside the platform. Inspection fees remain prohibited. Visits are arranged directly with the operator’s designated inspection contact; the intelligence unlock fee is separate.
Growth Network participation
Optional participation in the Veriq Property Growth Network is governed by the Partner Terms at /partner-terms. Referral attribution does not grant Agent privileges. Acquisition and management commissions are separate and apply to qualifying unlocks under the programme rules.
The service and these terms
Veriq is operated by Veriq Global Services Ltd. These terms apply when you browse records, create an account, unlock property packages or contribute content. Operator Terms also apply to property submissions. Privacy explains our use of personal data.
Your account
Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials private. Use an account you are authorised to operate. Do not impersonate someone, share another person’s private information or bypass verification and access controls. Some actions require identity, phone or staff verification.
Property records and verification
Records combine operator submissions, Veriq review and linked intelligence. Information may change after review. Agent-verified details describe a verification process at a point in time; they do not guarantee availability, title, condition or safety. Inspect and carry out relevant independent checks before entering a tenancy, purchase or other property agreement.
Unlocks and payments
The price at checkout applies to your unlock; the standard fee is ₦1,500. A successful unlock gives 24-hour access to the included package. An unlock does not reserve a property. Do not reproduce restricted packages for resale or share access credentials. Availability and Free Unlock labels determine whether checkout is offered.
Refunds and wallet credits
Requests are reviewed under the Refund Policy. Approved unlock refunds are credited to the Veriq wallet and revoke the refunded access. The wallet is for credits, not top-ups. Any mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
Community contributions
Submit only observations you can support from personal knowledge. Avoid private addresses, identifying accusations, harassment and unlawful content. By submitting, you permit Veriq to use, organise and display the contribution as part of its intelligence service, including aggregated assessments. Contributors retain ownership of their original content. Moderation may exclude, request clarification on or remove contributions.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape private records, attempt unauthorised access, manipulate contributions, submit misleading listings or interfere with the service. Veriq may restrict relevant features or suspend an account to address misuse, verification failures or security concerns. Contact us to request a review of an account decision.
Property transactions
The unlock purchase is access to information. A tenancy, purchase or inspection arrangement has its own terms and parties. The assigned Agent and displayed contacts explain the appropriate next steps; a published record alone does not create a tenancy or sale agreement.
Service limits and responsibility
We work to keep records useful and the service available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every record will remain current. Veriq remains responsible for obligations imposed by applicable law. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes, questions and disputes
Material changes to these terms will be identified on this page and communicated where appropriate. These terms are governed by applicable Nigerian law without limiting mandatory rights. Use Contact to raise a service issue or dispute; doing so does not prevent you from seeking a remedy through the relevant authority or court.
