These terms apply to property sale listings on Veriq. Version: 17 October 2026.
Authority and accurate information
You must own the property or have lawful authority to offer it for sale. Disclose co-owners, occupants, material defects, disputes and any restrictions on your authority. Provide accurate details and current images, and keep availability up to date.
No sales success commission
Veriq does not automatically charge a percentage of a property sale. An optional buyer-paid Operator’s agent fee or commission on an eligible listing is settled outside the platform and must be disclosed before unlock. Inspection fees are prohibited. This policy applies to new and existing Veriq sale listings. Previous acceptance records are retained as history; the earlier seller success-commission requirement is no longer applied. A buyer’s intelligence unlock fee pays for access to information, not an inspection or reservation.
Designated inspection contact
Choose yourself or another authorised person to help arrange access. State their role accurately and obtain their agreement before supplying their contact details. The designated contact must follow Veriq’s fee-disclosure and no-inspection-fee listing rules. The contact is shown after unlock. Operator authorisation is not separate identity verification of that contact. Buyers agree visit arrangements directly with the designated contact; Veriq’s representative handles questions and platform support.
Information and documents
Document declarations are availability claims. Agent sighting is not legal title verification, a land-registry search or a structural assessment. Buyers and sellers should obtain their own qualified legal and technical advice. Veriq does not provide physical inspection or accompanied-viewing services.
Sold status and historical records
Mark a sale listing Sold once the property has been sold. It is removed from public browsing and new unlocks stop immediately. Other editing is frozen. You can undo the action for 24 hours and restore the previous approved state. After that, the record remains read-only and an exceptional correction requires Admin review and a recorded reason. Existing unlock access and refund rules continue to apply.
Safety and concerns
Agree a time before visiting. Where possible, visit in daylight and go with, or inform, someone you trust. Veriq does not monitor visits or provide safety check-ins or location tracking. Report misleading information, unexpected fee demands or concerns through Veriq support.
Acceptance
Your acceptance of these Seller Terms is recorded with the listing and version date. Optional future services will have separate prices and terms before purchase. Video uploads and paid promotion are not offered in this update.
