Veriq is a Property Intelligence platform. It helps you understand a home and its surrounding street before you arrange your next step.

Browse property categories, preview unit types and prices, and check recorded availability. The full property package includes detailed intelligence, photos and the contact information made available for that property.

The standard unlock fee is ₦1,500. The amount shown at checkout is the amount that applies to your unlock. A property labelled Free Unlock does not require a paid unlock.

A successful unlock gives you 24 hours of access to that property package. Your expiry time is shown in My Unlocks. An unlock does not reserve a property or guarantee that a unit will remain available.

For a multi-unit property record, one unlock gives access to the units included in that record. Check the available unit types, prices and availability before paying.

Inspection fees are prohibited. Property Managers / Agencies and eligible Admin-managed listings may have an optional Operator’s agent fee, disclosed before unlock and settled outside Veriq. Property Owners and Renters / Residents cannot charge an agency fee. The unlock fee pays for access to the property intelligence package. Rent, purchase price, deposits and other disclosed property charges are separate.

After unlock, the property package shows the designated inspection contact and their role. Contact them to agree a viewing time. Your Veriq representative helps with questions about the property information and platform support. These are separate responsibilities.

A property may remain visible with an Unavailable label. Unlock is disabled when the record has no available units.

Submit an eligible request from Dashboard → Refund requests within the 24-hour request period. Veriq reviews the issue and supporting details. Approved unlock refunds are credited to your Veriq wallet and revoke access to the refunded package.

The wallet holds refund credits. It is not a top-up account. Available credits can be applied to eligible future unlocks.

Yes. You can explore Street Intelligence without unlocking a property. Eligible signed-in users can contribute personal observations for more than one street.

Open Contribute to Street Intelligence in your dashboard. Select State, LGA and Veriq Area, then submit a location proposal. Admin checks the geography and either approves it, links an existing record, requests more details or declines it.

Renter / Resident accounts can list Shared Property only. Property Owners and Property Managers / Agencies can list residential rentals, property sales, hostels and short lets. Identity, contact and property verification are required before public browsing or unlock. Users cannot widen their own account permissions; Admin may correct an account type after review. Authorised Veriq staff may create and verify a listing on an operator’s behalf.

An assigned Veriq Agent has reviewed the recorded property details through the applicable verification process. It does not replace your inspection, legal checks or independent professional advice.
