VERIQ PROPERTY GROWTH NETWORK · UPDATED 11 OCTOBER 2026
These terms explain participation in the Veriq Property Growth Network, acquisition attribution, earnings and optional cooperation.
Participation is optional and uses your existing eligible Veriq account. Users, renters, property operators and Veriq Agents may enrol after confirming their email and accepting these terms. Admin accounts administer the programme and must use a separate public account for personal participation. There is no compulsory joining fee.
You must provide accurate account and payout details, be legally capable of accepting these terms, and have permission to receive payments into the bank account you provide.
Share your referral link or code before the operator registers or begins listing. One acquisition source is recorded for each operator and follows that operator across their properties. A Veriq Agent uses one referral code for acquisition attribution and eligible automatic operator assignment after confirmed registration. Ordinary Partners receive acquisition credit only. An assignment without a referral does not itself establish acquisition credit. Admin may override or reassign management. Existing operators without documented referral evidence are attributed to Veriq.
Self-referrals, duplicate operator identities, fabricated listings and unsupported retrospective claims do not qualify. Contact Veriq about attribution disputes with supporting evidence. Admin reviews must be recorded; reassignment alone does not transfer acquisition credit.
The initial acquisition rate is 10% of the qualifying property unlock value for an attributed operator. The initial Agent management rate is 30%. A person may earn both shares when they introduced and manage that operator. Management follows the operator assignment; reassignment affects future checkouts and preserves original acquisition attribution.
Rates and recipients are recorded when checkout is created. Previously recorded transactions retain their original split. Veriq may change rates prospectively with notice before they apply to new checkouts. Future products, including potential property management services, have separate terms; these terms do not promise rewards from every future service.
Acquisition attribution has no fixed expiry while the operator and participation remain eligible. Optional assistance, recruitment pauses and ordinary property unavailability do not remove valid referral attribution. Earnings depend on actual qualifying unlocks; no income level is guaranteed.
Only completed paid unlocks create earnings. Free unlocks earn no commission. Refunded transactions do not qualify. Wallet-funded paid unlocks are treated under the same settlement and refund rules, without counting wallet value as fresh Paystack cash.
Earnings remain on hold for the settlement period, currently 24 hours, and while a refund request is pending. Approved refunds reverse the associated eligibility. Adjustments and prior payouts remain auditable. The minimum withdrawal request is ₦5,000.
Acquisition and management earnings are accounted for separately. Public Partners manage acquisition withdrawals in Growth Network. Veriq Agents manage both acquisition and management earnings within My earnings & withdrawals, with separate balances and withdrawal records. Admin reviews bank details and processes transfers manually. Only confirmed transfers may be marked Paid. Participants are responsible for applicable tax obligations.
An operator counts once after completing the required contact and identity verification and having at least one genuine Agent-verified listing published. For new referrals, the qualifying listing must be within recruitment coverage using its State and LGA. A signup referral does not require the operator’s personal location. Additional properties do not multiply the operator count. Later unavailability does not remove qualification, but proven fraud may.
Fifteen qualifying operators makes a Partner eligible to apply for Agent review. Training, reliability, suitability and Admin approval remain required. Eligibility does not automatically grant Agent privileges, guarantee employment or require the Partner to become an Agent.
You may consent to share a WhatsApp contact with the assigned Agent and Admin for help with operators you introduce. You may withdraw that contact consent in your Partner profile. Assistance is voluntary and is not a condition of acquisition commission.
Share information only when you have permission and a reasonable basis for it. Agents remain responsible for checking supporting intelligence before publication. Partner participation grants no access to operators’ identity documents, renters’ private records or staff-only verification controls.
Do not charge agency or inspection fees in Veriq’s name, misrepresent your authority, create fraudulent transactions or listings, spam recipients or claim guaranteed earnings. Partner status authorises introductions, not regulated agency services or binding commitments on behalf of Veriq.
Veriq may pause new recruitment by State or LGA, suspend participation or disqualify fraudulent referrals following review. Location pauses affect new qualification, not previously qualified operators or historical earnings. Global recruitment pauses still prevent new referral attachment. Suspensions and disputes may hold withdrawals while reviewed; valid historical earnings remain recorded.
Veriq will announce material programme changes before applying them prospectively. Updated terms may require renewed acceptance. Historical transaction records are not rewritten simply because rates or assignments change.
Contact support@veriqproperty.com or use the Contact page for payout, attribution or programme concerns. These terms supplement Veriq’s Terms of Use, Privacy Notice and applicable Operator Terms.
