Start with the source
A research baseline provides an inherited starting assessment. Initial Veriq Intelligence is supplied by an authorised Agent or Admin. Community assessments reflect eligible contributions as participation grows.
Look at the observation date
A recently loaded page does not mean the underlying observation is recent. Check the date shown with each assessment. Conditions can change between visits and across seasons.
Confidence describes evidence
Confidence reflects the evidence behind an assessment. It is not a guarantee of the street’s quality or safety. Different categories can have different evidence volumes and levels of agreement.
Make room for different experiences
A long road may cross different drainage, access or power conditions. When responses differ, inspect the distribution and ask about the section relevant to your home.
Connect the street with the property
A street’s power pattern is not the same as a home’s backup power. Street drainage is not the same as a unit’s visible dampness. Read Street Intelligence alongside the property package and your inspection.
Contribute what you personally know
If you live, work or regularly spend time in a location, share recent personal observations through your dashboard. Skip what you have not observed and avoid private identifying details.
